I had a water proofing system put in my basement 2010. The system was a britewall system. It had a pump and a backup pump. The man pump had to be replaced after 6 years (warranty expired) and in 2020 I had to replace the battery (warranty expired). I have the system serviced every year with no problems. I know that sometimes there is a maintenance issue that needs to be done. However, a float switch went out on the main pump in July of this year (2023). The pump was working just fine. ******* ********** ********* Whiteland Indiana, Stay away from this company. Jun. 05, we received an estimate from Cory, their salesman for *******to repair sagging of the main CENTER bean. This salesman had no clue what our problem was or how to fix it. Unfortunately, I have had the absolute worst experience with this company and would not recommend ***to anyone whatsoever. While the initial inspection was swift and was quickly scheduled, it feels that once they have your money they are not responsive at all. On 7/31/23 I had carbon strap reinforcementsinstalled on the foundation. The crew was courteous, however they did a horrendous job. I messaged *** after seeing an advertisement online and they called me back within the hour and I had a consultation scheduled for a few days later. The representative was thorough in his explanation of the issues and his recommendation for preventing further damage. *** helped reinforce my basement wall with a crack. Keenan came in and did estimate, walked me through everything needed, provided options, set a plan, and got me on the schedule super fast. Caleb * and James * did a phenomenal job. They were in and out in less than 2 hours and left my basement spotless! Workmanship was great and all three gentlemen were great to work with.

Their system does not work. They initially quoted us a system which uses a below the floor gutter system. When they arrived on site they switched this to an above floor system that uses a plastic curb glued to the floor. This curb and glue still leak, allowing water to pass out onto the basement floor. When I challenged them on this they offered to come back and rid that portion of the system out of the basement and refund a very small portion of the money we paid them. **** ******** ******* were super professional, courteous, price effective, and friendly. Darin ******not only explained things plainly but did not push other services that we did not want. He was also very patient, knowing we were going through a refinance. The crew that came out to do the job actually called when they were running a little late, which was very nice. They did great work, were friendly and cleaned up completely after they were done. A+ to all involved!

I paid Baker's to do a sump pump install in 2018. Throughout the install process and several years since I was very happy with their service. I am now selling my home and had to have code enforcement come out to give me an occupancy permit. Baker's installed my sump pump and used an extension cord to plug it in, which they tacked to the wall. Their contract requires a "dedicated outlet", which is what I had because nothing else is plugged in to that outlet. Their contract says nothing about the location of that outlet. Fire ... read more

My optimism for *** ********** * ****** to waterproof my basement dwindled. The initial inspection by Steven on July 7th appeared promising, with a somewhat comfortable quote. Yet, seeking more time to review, I encountered resistance as Steven pushed for an immediate decision to secure a 14% discount.
