I highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority for crawlspace encapsulation. Doug was our salesman and he was timely, personable and well informed. He was very up front with us and was honest. When we were put on the list, we knew it would be around 4-6 weeks, but could move up of they had a cancellation. We only had to wait about 1 week to be taken care of. The whole process started with Jason who was very professional and went far and beyond patiently answering all of our questions.The crew composed of Tyler, Donald and Sergio was excellent, fast, efficient and cleaned everything after they were done. We would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.
A very professional and top shelf experience. Great communications and follow up from Louis, Matt and Logan did a great job on the install. Overall a great experience. I would recommend this team!
From Sam the salesman to the crew of Shaq ******, Zac **** and Jared ***** everyone did a great job. We had our driveway and patio leveled and I am amazed how level they are. We had a slight hiccup with the start date but the wait was worth it. The were professional and on the job site as promised. I would recommend to anyone!
