First Don't Believe all the 5 Star Reviews - they offer everyone gift cards for them. In **** this company was paid almost over **** to install helical piers and smart jacks around and under my home because of foundation issues and movement due to flood issues after the fires. Price list shows to install 46 Helical Piers - instead used 36 push piers and 14 Helical piers - non of which were attached to the foundation. We hired Foundation Systems of Michigan to level our house. The salesman, James Tombaugh, inspected the crawl space and gave us an estimate on the repair. We waited 2-1/2 months for their workers to arrive to make the necessary repairs. After starting on the repairs one of the workers called me over and handed me his phone to speak with James. James told me he missed some repairs and now it was going to cost us double the original cost. We had a signed contract for the repairs to be made at the original cost. Do not hire thi... read more

Mitchell S******* was our technician today. He was here for an annual inspection on our crawl space. We unfortunately had water in the space. He was helpful at helping identify the issue and assisting with removal of the water. He was wonderful to work with. Hope to see him next year!
