They kept a very clean worksite. Dan, Tommy H, Kyle R, and Michael C.did a very good job as far as attention to detail, keeping me updated on the job status, and answered any question I threw at them. They stood by their word and we’re very resourceful as far their time management. I highly recommend them for your basement needs.

OhioBasementAuthority was very helpful and was patient and understanding as we spent a long time getting ready for the work in our basement. The crew was prompt, courteous, and careful. We’d also had them stabilize a wall between the garage and crawl space and that went very well.

Just purchased a new dehumidifer at my annual maintenance visit. Mitchell S******* provided excellent information about keeping my home safe and dry. The first unit installed was unfortunatley defective from the manufacturer, but he was back in less than 24 hours with another unit which he meticulously made sure was operational and in good running order. And my dogs loved him! We are happy campers, high and dry. No hassle service much appreciated. Comments

Ohio Basement Authority does excellent work. The crew of Tommy H., Kyle R., and Michael C. were fantastic. They were quick and efficient. They did a great job, explained beforehand what was going to be done and gave me regular updates. Once they finished, they cleaned up and gave me a final walkthrough. If I ever have basement issues again I will definitely be calling Ohio Basement Authority.

We contracted Alpha Foundations to repair our concrete driveway and walkway. On the day work was to start, it rained off and on all day. Despite the rain, the two men working on our project resumed working as soon as the rain would stop. It took them all day to finish a job that could have been done in a few hours. Their work was exceptional and we would recommend them highly to anyone needing this type of work.
Steven ********** was here this morning to do the annual inspection. On time, professional, explained everything. Very nice young man. Good job Steve.

I had two basement walls repaired due to water damage. It was a two day job. Tommy, Kyle and Michael started working at 8:00AM and worked a full eight hours without a break. They kept me posted on their progress and kept the construction mess to a minimum. When the project was finished Tommy and crew thanked me for my business. The crew that consisted of Atilio, Brayan, and Jose were on time all three days they were here. They never slowed down or stopped working except to eat lunch. I was surprised only the three of them could accomplish what they did in just three days. They completely encapsulated the crawl space and waterproofed the basement.
