The three gentlemen (******* ****** * ****) that worked on our crawl space were punctual, extremely polite, and performed the work quickly & neatly. They took the time to answer my questions and explained all the work they were going to do & again after they completed their project. I would definitely recommend these three to do your work.

He answered all my questions and told me to call him at anytime if I needed further help. I am very pleased with the help he provided. My name is Tim, we just finished on 10/28 a complete basement refurb, stoping all water issues. The team was professional with great communication and willing and supporting all questions we had. The crew was amazing, always moving to get this completed. The team foreman was Tommy, and the supporting crew was Kyle R and Michael C this 3 man crew was great.
**** ****** did an amazing assessment of our crawl space needs and spent a lot of time educating us about the new home we bought last month. He helped us narrow down exactly what we needed and a suggested timetable. **** was professional and down to earth and easy to talk to about our budget and the services of OBA. Ohio Basement Authority rocks! They were very professional and efficient. They did a great job installing my new sump pump! They would definitely recommend them.
We just had our basement waterproofed. Zach H., Nick F, Kevin, and Ryan R did an amazing job! They got thr job done in 3 days. Very polite and respectful to our house. Called and gave us a heads up each morning that they were on their way. Would highly recommend:)
Chad was incredibly professional, thorough, explained things in ways that made sense to me, and was so kind. I have always had the highest praise for OBA and will continue to call and recommend them for any basement needs!
