We couldn't be more pleased with Indiana Foundation Service! After living in our home for many years we finally have sump pumps and a drain in our crawlspace with a new vapor barrier. The crawlspace was always wet in the spring with a musty smell that transmitted to the living space. While we would have preferred an encapsulation the cost was more than we were comfortable with. Beware seniors!!!! Fast talking salesmen, confusing warranties. After 18 months from installing waterproofing crawlspace, the seams that sealed the barrier together weakened and allowed water to enter. I called to have it fixed and was told it would cost ***** to repair seams. I was told there was no warranty because there was not a sump pump. They salesman never made that distinction. Joe ****** and his crew did a great job installing basement guttering. They went above and beyond by saving my plants in the back yard! Very professional, polite and left the area clean.
This company does a great job at giving you options to tailor to what you want. This gives you more control over cost. Their installation team did a great job, and the work was completed much faster than anticipated. I would not hesitate to use them again and would refer them to anyone needing their services.
