The annual maintenance on my basement sump pump was completed by Jeff T. from Ohio Basement Authority on January 14, 2021. The work was completed in a timely manner and Jeff did an excellent job in explaining what was done. Jeff also inspected the basement area for any new problems and he answered all my questions. Overall, I was very pleased and I recommend Jeff and Ohio Basement Authority.

We were scheduled for installation at the end of January but a cancellation bumped us up a couple weeks. From the inspection to the install of our sump pump it was a smooth process! Peyton Q., Justin L., and Mike D. did a fantastic job with the installation and explanation of equipment. ItÂ’s not easy digging in dirt in January weather but they made it look like a breeze! All around professional crew! Thank you!

*** installed Carbon Fiber Straps on a basement wall at my house. The men that came were very courteous and friendly, however, they showed up with very little equipment. They even had to borrow my ladder to reach the top of the basement wall. They put up a minimum of plastic to contain the dust from the grinding. I thought they did a good job till I went down to clean up a little. With the installation of carbon fiber straps, the concrete has to be prepared using a grinder that creates dust. I do apologize to the home owner and *** reimbursed him **** for cleaning.
We had a complex situation with our basement, involving massive digging and actually lifting our house. We were very pleased with the work of Ohio Basement Authority. Tommy H, Michael C, and Kyle R did an outstanding job. They were amazing workers who did, (what we were told would be a 3 day job), in 1 1/2 days. They kept us abreast of their progress and were exceedingly polite. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great overall experience! My sales representative, Guy White, worked with me on my crawlspace encapsulation installation from the beginning to the end of my project. I had additional work done and Guy made sure I was taken care of. Michael Butler did my additional work and was very professional and provided great service. They stand behind there product/work.
I usually don't write negative reviews but i have to speak on this one. 2018, i contracted FSS to evaluate my home for resolution of cracks that was in the kitchen. There were also very bad cracks visible from the outside. Long story short, it was recommended that i get piers put around back of home . 2 years later cracks have worsen towards the front. I called several times for someone to explain to me why the front was never suggested at the time. It was told to me that they did what i can afford. Very offensive, now i am ... read more
Dave ****** and his crew installed piers to stabilize our foundation. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed their work the following day. All of them were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. We would highly recommend Baker's Waterproofing.
