Tarheel Basement Systems is the reason my 125 year old house is standing. When I bought the house a few years ago, they did an excellent job making my house structurally sound with metal beams and jacks. They showed up on time and worked diligently in a tiny space. They did a great job back then and every year they come back and check over all the work, tightening things up, and checking for any issues. So far, so very good. From sales person David C to the two techs that injected our home slab, Shane and Addison, very professional on every level. They have completed what was stated and contracted for on time and as described. Time will of course be the final arbiter in the solution provided, fingers crossed it's permanent and at this point I have no reason to believe differently.
Chad came over for dehumidifier, sump pump, and basement waterproofing maintenance service. He was thorough and professional. I asked him to seal the cracks that occurred between the waterproofing concrete along the foundation and the old concrete. He performed the sealing of the cracks which the guy last year from Ohio Basement Authority would not do. The previous guy who came last year said the cracks were just cosmetic. The work done by the polylifting crew was excellent and they were very friendly and professional. Communication with the office is out of sync with the field (the crew showed up an hour before I was told to expect them) and the office is unable to answer questions regarding potential impacts to the warranty and will not put in writing that my warranty will still be honored if I follow the foreman's advice on how to get my floor completely level again. The Ohio Basement Authority was a pleasure to work with. We had a complicated issue at our work place and they were able to come the next day to provide a quote and started the job the following week.
