Steven Richardson did a great job servicing my sump pump today.
Steven ********** did a complete and efficient maintenance check for our basement yesterday, 2-12-21, regarding the extensive work OBA did here in 2019. He was helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions and concerns, and was kind enough to point out a small leak on a sink fixture, one I had not been able to locate myself.

On February 8th, The Ohio Basement Authority sent a crew to our home to install a sump pump. What a surprisingly pleasant experience. The crew included 4 men : Thomas L., Payton Q, Will H. and Jeremiah T. (Not sure if I should post last names). They called ahead of time and arrived when they said. Tar Heel Basement Systems installed the drainage system in my basement. I have had many contractors in my house over the past 10 years for major renovations to smaller jobs. Tar Heel Basement Systems (Robert and Steve) hav by far exceeded every contractor in quality of work, professionalism, and work ethic. Robert and Steve took their time to do everything perfectly. Alpha Foundations saved my Grandfather's old house!!!!. I had several contractors look at the foundation and told me it would be too expensive to save and their advice was to "tear it down".
