We hired Baker's Waterproofing Company recently to do home foundation repair. The foreman Martin and his crew of Brandon and Tony installed foundation wall anchors, including some channel anchors, due to two bowing basement walls. We are very pleased with this crew. They were punctual, competent, and took time to answer any of our questions. The completed job looks great and we highly recommend this crew!

I just wanted to say thank you to Francis for all of his help leading up to the install date. Jaylon and Derek were the guys that installed our egress windows, new sump pump basin and battery backup sump pump. They were awesome throughout the entire process. All three of these gentlemen are professional, personable and I highly recommend. 2 of my neighbors have inquired about them and Ohio Basement Authority to have similar work done and these will be the people I'll be voting for!!!

Last week I had the crawl space Encapsulated. This week I went to look at it. Standing water. They did not plug in the pump that moves the water from the dehumidifier to the well for the sump pump. Also, it appears that the main drain line for the house was moved and now leaks with standing sewer water under the house. I put a call into them on the 26th. No Call back. I called today as was told someone would call me back. As of 9 Pm today no call back.
