Great customer service, all the guys where great, Zach H., Nick F., Robert S., & Jordan C. They clean there mess up when done. My basement walls look structurally sound now thanks to the hard working crew.

There was an issue with the salesman selling me the system. What was communicated was not what the plan was, however the crew that showed up were amazing! Matt, Kylie, Austin, Gabe, and Justin all did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to walk me through the process. BakerÂ’s Waterproofing shored up the foundation on my porch and did a great job. Chris ** provided the estimate and consulted with the BakerÂ’s crew to avert moving some potential interferences. Chris also came back before the job started to answer some questions I had about potential interferences and utilities. We just had a great experience with Ohio Basement Authority pros Tommy, Kyle, and Tyler, as well as Inspector Charlie. All of the team members were courteous, helpful, and professional in their work. They were willing to answer question after question as I sought to understand how their products work, and completed the project in less than half the time projected.
