The crew of Kenny, Jon, and Dylan were the Ultimate Professionals. They explained everything they did and made sure we understood what they were doing. Job was done right. Neighbors were impressed too!
We received excellent service and explanations as to what was needed in our basement. The crew of Steven B, Danie H, and Josiah C were outstanding in their safety and politeness to our family. They were careful to be clean and to keep our home warm as they were going in and out to complete their jobs. I love the lifetime warranty and I feel I understand what and how our basement was having problems.

Consultation was thorough and honest. Ended up installing 5' channel wall supports and a sub-floor drainage system. The team was professional and clearly cared about the quality of work. We are finally at peace knowing our foundation is stable and dry. Definitely would recommend Baker's Waterproofing.

Great annual service and maintenance visit by Steven Richardson with the Ohio Basement Authority. I appreciate that my sump pump and de-humidifier were both inspected and serviced so that I have peace of mind that they will perform optimally for another year. I like the structural soundness they provided to my home.

*** ****** ******** is a a company that thrives off of lies and stealing money. I paid over ******* for my basement to be "waterproofed." Yes, that is what they claim to do. However, 4 years later, and my basement still gets water, there is mold throughout my basement floor, and the "fixes" that they claimed they would do, have not been completed. *** stands behind our work and we honor our warranty. Everyone's home is built differently and if additional work is needed to be performed we provide free material and labor. We have reached out to the home owner and we are sending her a new filter at no cost for the dehumidification unit. We are trying to set up an appointment to correct an issue with the discharge line.
