Matt, Kylie, and Ray did a great job encapsulating our crawl space and inserting foam insulation in our basement today. They were very friendly and were able to answer my questions and concerns. They also made sure the areas they worked in were left clean, if not cleaner, than they were when they arrived.

This is the second time I used AFS in Huntsville AL. And just like the first time they did superb work. The AFS team this time rebuilt my retaining wall. It was a large job with a lot of work including removing the old wall and disposing of it. The team kept me informed throughout the whole process. The end result is much more aesthetically pleasing than it was before and very much more sturdy. Dylan Fields just came to my house to explain how alpha foundations can seal and dehumidify my crawlspace. He is very familiar with the company and their products. He made a thorough investigation of my crawlspace and then succinctly explained to me how Alpha could address the issues. There was no hard-sell and I did not feel any pressure. My foundation work was completed on 02/15/21. As far as I know the foundation work is fine, Unfortunately I didn't have the same luck with communication as the other reviews I have read here. AFS had to do foundation work inside my home. I was lead to believe it would be minimally invasive from Sales, when in fact I was left with quite a bit of repairs to complete on my own. I just had Alpha Foundations come out to see if my slab had issues. Dillon showed up on time and got to work straight away. He took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and addressed them in his findings. He gave us solutions to the problems we were experiencing at a reasonable price. Very happy with my experience and would recommend.
