Daryl W. was great to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done to my basement and the cost. He was very knowledgeable and nice, and he did not pressure me for an immediate signing of the contract. Donavon B., Matt H. and Austin W. did all the work to the wall and installed the new sump pump. All three were efficient, did great work and were very friendly. Even the clean up was well done.

Ohio Basement Authority has been our go-to basement authority, especially (Ken W) after moving into a home that is showing its age. They have shored up our leaning foundation wall with carbon fiber braces, spray foamed to prevent drafts and recently, Zach H, Nick F and Jordan C were all here to fix a wet spot on the lower wall with a new drain system. They were quick, professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend the company and this team.

A great job. The salesman was professional and accurate. Julio ****** and his 2 assistants were very professional and respectful of our home. They were extremely neat despite this being a messy type of job and the resulting work looks great.
