Tony the advisor came out to our home 3 times to verify and answer any and all of our questions and concerns. We originally asked for a quote for waterproofing and to fix a bowing wall, during the review of the basement, Tony also noticed 2 additional walls that were bowing, but concealed by the previous owners. We were able to get a booking for full basement waterproofing system and installing wall anchors on the 3 walls quickly. The install crew were great. I called Alpha because the insulation was falling in the crawlspace under my house. They set an appointment date and came to check things out right on schedule. Steve explained what they offered and discussed possibilities while the crew took measurements and examined the underneath of the house. We had the ********** Basement Waterproofing System, the ********** Sump System and the ******* Basement Wall System installed last week by Rich and Coltrane of BakerÂ’s Waterproofing. The team was courteous, provided clear explanations of what they were doing and worked very hard. We have a full basement and the process was completed within three days. Alpha Foundations provided a pleasant, stress free, construction experience. Jordan, Dale and Cooper were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable of their trade. They answered all of my questions, made sure I was happy and left my area clean. I would highly recommend them.
We had 2 sump pumps installed in August & were pleased with our service. We had a problem with one of our pumps last night & Shayne Regan came & fixed it today. While he was here fixing one pump he checked the other & found an issue with it so he fixed it as well. We were very happy with his timely service.
