First, I do not want Mount Valley to respond to my review. I have moved on and will never return. Two years ago Mount Valley came highly recommended to resolve the water and moisture issues within my crawl space. They were also the most expensive bid I had received for my crawl space work. But I went with them anyway because of their supposedly outstanding reputation. So, Mount Valley told me I needed my crawl space encapsulated with a dehumidifier. I called about a free estimate. The individual came and we discussed the project. I advised I wanted to speak with my husband before I made any decision. When I advised I was not going with services and using someone else. They tried to force the project thru became very disrespectful to me and told me they were still going to take my deposit. We had them out to look at our water intrusion into our basement. They developed a proposal to remedy the problem; I agreed the recommendation seemed sound. They came and made the fixes within a week and all is well so far. The crew was well prepared, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well. A very good experience and a company we would recommend highly.

Had a crawl space encapsulated, floors reinforced, and gutter downspouts rerouted. Atilio, Brayan, and Jose were friendly, professional, and FAST! Quality work and great service! They even took extra special care to not completely tear up my yard when digging a trench. Thank you!!
