I am very satisfied with the quality, cleanliness and convenience of the job performed by Alpha Foundation. We had problems with Foundation Recovery Systems at nearly every step of the process: salesperson, receptionist, project prep, project execution, and even when they attempted to fix their mistakes. Their salesperson failed to calculate the drain that would need to be installed under our yard. He then moved numbers around so the total looked the same, but we were receiving less services. As a real estate Buyer Broker, I recommend OBA for basement/foundation work. They won't oversell or hype the repairs if they are needed. When my own basement needed analysis due to continuing wall movement (after previous repairs by another foundation contractor that the builder had paid for) OBA recommended reinforcement with 8 Intelli-beams, and a new sump pump system. Tar Heel employees came back to install an upgrade to our drainage system. The two employees, Kyle and Justin L. We're punctual and very professional. They reviewed the project with us and gave us a time estimate. The work was done on time and in accordance with our requirements. We have been very pleased with Tar Heel's responsiveness and their employees are great.

Abe, Willy and Chandler worked on my basement virtually all day yesterday. Although the project is not yet complete, the worst of it is over, and they did a wonderful job of removing concrete flooring, installing the drain, and putting fresh concrete on the floor. The place looks fantastic. Jeff did a wonderful job with our annual inspection. He also talked with us about a commercial dehumidifier. He was very knowledgeable and explained the details. He came back to install the dehumidifier. Jeff explained the details and what to expect. He was very thorough and professional.
