Well what can I say, staff are over worked therefore cannot deal with you properly. Usually last one to know about any changes, x amount of times have been to the 6 mile away chemist to be told your new prescription isn’t here. And end of the day then tough, putting us in medical danger.

Too long a wait for a service that needs to be able to act quickly in certain situations to help different people...more able to tick boxes and put you in a wait list . Sorry didn't find them helpful at all
