Well what can I say, staff are over worked therefore cannot deal with you properly. Usually last one to know about any changes, x amount of times have been to the) mile away chemist yo be told your new prescription isn’t here. And if end of the day then tough, putting us in medical danger.
Too long a wait for a service that needs to be able to act quickly in certain situations to help different people...more able to tick boxes and put you in a wait list . Sorry didn't find them helpful at all

You won't get any help beware of what you say as you will loose seeing your kids your job your driving licence and so forth. Its NOT CONFIDENTIAL don't be fooled. GO to 12 step meetings for real help.
I haven't had the best of relationships with the Forward Trust but I have to say the organisation's nurse has always been extremely competent and professional. While the manager and my key worker put a block on me being in the same room as women, this was not based on fact but more hearsay than anything else, the nurse did in fact once see me without another member of staff being present.
