I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend if the apartment is far away from the dumpster. If living directly next the dumpster (like I do), it is not worth it. People take the trash out during the middle of night which wakes me up, the garbage truck comes multiple times a day and early in the morning and is so loud to the point where it wakes me up and overpowers the tv, and when it?s hot out you can?t even open the windows because the smell is so awful and will smell up the entire apartment.

And it faced the intersection of 2 busy streets in the neighborhood, no trees, just grass up to sidewalks. I am still not sure I would have liked it after realizing that regardless of its location it had no balcony or patio. I take the... (Verified Renter) I take the blame for the mixup with the original request but after sending a corrected request the parking lot light is still out. I would still recommend this community because this is only the first negative maintenance I?ve had. Most of the time everything is fixed pretty fast.

Its just a... (Verified Renter) Its just a great community to reside at. Great for kids to have fun during summer, great for cook outs by the pool, the amenities are awesome.
Don?t like that... (Verified Renter) Don?t like that the rent amount changes based on whatever day you need to move and changes every 24 hrs from what you were offered before.

It?s close to... (Verified Renter) It?s close to everything. It?s a safe community. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are clean. The pools and gym are excellent.
