Some issues take forever to resolve We moved in in Sept, apartment was still having carpet put in on our move in date. Lack of communication. We spent all day being told it would be ready soon finally got to move in at 6pm! Shower has a crack in the floor no communication about when repairs will be made or what is going on. Sounds like someone is constantly doing construction in one of the units near us at all hours of the night. Area is beautiful and it is nice not to hear gunshots all the time.
Save your money 2022 rent payment with 1992 kitchen and bathrooms. We moved in and the apartment was not clean, the closet is taped as a fix and we deal with loud, obnoxious and nasty neighbors. If you are good with neighbors that put their trash outside their door for days, have music so loud at all hours of days and nights and over pay for run down apartments then this is your dream. The staff is friendly but don’t follow through and maintenance is lazy. Hurry up lease term so we can move!
Only one problem with living here Wonderful apartments to live in. However, if there is any amount of snow, they do not plow the parking lots and you will be stuck in your apartment basically until the snow melts enough to get your vehicle out. Also, these apartments are ridiculously expensive to live in.
What the other guy said.. RUN We moved in almost a month ago. Since then we have had problems with our toilet getting clogged (to the point where a plunger or toilet auger won’t work) very easily. We have had to call emergency maintenance to come out to fix it about every 3 days since we moved in. They said they’d have a plumber come out to permanently fix it but no sight of them. Terrible People Recently bought out low income building and kicked every tenant out 2 WEEKS before Christmas. Dont give these evil people any of your money

RUN Absolutely terrible, I would avoid this place at all costs. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Have had a window that was so damaged that it would rain on us in the living room, leaking all over our couch. Bathroom flooded from the people above & it was never fully fixed so there is now black mold growing. They allow people to smoke inside & there are issues going on where our entire apartment smells like a bar constantly. The second hand smoke has literally turned rags in our apartment yellow. Horrible experience My family was placed here by our insurance company after a horrible house fire where we lost everything. Basically everything went completely south when it got close for our insurance funds to run out and we needed to become the lease holder by December 21st. I spoke to the front office and let them know multiple times from July to December that our rebuild would not be completed until March of the next year and even 2 different office ladies took written note of it on separate occasions.
