Excellent Customer Service I cannot sing the praises loud enough regarding the excellent customer service! Bianca went above and beyond the call of duty. I was trying to move into my apartment the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Coming from out of state I was driving, and Bianca was kind enough to stay late until I arrived (after hours) She greeted me with a smile and took the time to give me a personal tour of my apartment. Kudos to the management team for a job well done!! _Bill
Eagle lake landing I would recommend this apartments to live in . They are nice and spacious. The office staff is very is wonderful. The ladies go above and beyond for there residents. The maintenance is also outstanding when it comes to having a problem.

Don’t Do it!!!! Do not waste your time or money. This place is falling apart. We've had numerous mice, ants all year, and flooding. Exterminators, plumbers, and maintenance men can't keep up with the problems; the issues are beyond them. Also, parking is terrible. They have "parking passes" for residents but half of the cars parked in the lot don't have them so don't expect to find any good spots.

Great Community I’ve lived here for 2 years and have loved it here. The maintenance staff are always so helpful, and the newly renovated apartments are like no other around!
Disgusting The dumpster is overflowing with garbage on a regular basis causing mice in the apartments
Roaches, roaches & more roaches! I moved here in the middle of July. I’ve never left a review on any property I previously or currently lived at but I had to leave this. My very first night, I slept on the floor because my bed wasn’t here yet. There were roaches crawling across the floor, I was mortified. I immediately alerted the staff, she apologized and had the pest control guy come out. Now, almost three weeks later and the roaches are still here. Horrible Things constantly break maintenance just put a band-aid fix on it and call it a day. Management communication skills are very poor and at times flat out rude. If you need anything from management, you have to make sure to walk in office. Getting any communication outside of walking in office does not happen. If management commits to a time to meet/speak with you do not expect them to follow through with agreed upon time or reach out at all. If you have an emergency after hours, they will not answer! Unsafe! Run, do not rent here 4/21/22 I waited 9 months to do a review to give it a chance here. It has been a terrible experience from beginning to now. I was moving from another state, had a move in date set, 5 days before I’m supposed to move, the very rude office staff calls and says they forgot to make sure the previous tenant was out and now have to get the apartment ready.
