This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very worthwhile community, it allows people to feel peaceful, safe and comfortable. Alongside the friendly and attentive staff the environment is hard to beat. As for anyone the amount of investment towards these apartments, rent wise would likely be the only reason to hold someone from considering it
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for three years now. I was disappointed that they increased my rent $145 more a month. I have never experienced such a high increase. I still need my microwave replaced and the garbage disposal.

I would probably... (Verified Renter) I would probably not recommend only because it is more so a "dog owners" community. Property is full of large dogs, tenants who do not clean up dog poop everywhere. The second reason I would not recommend is due to the thin walls/noise level pretty high. Some units have flooring instead of carpet. The flooring creaks, with every movement can be heard above/over you. Noisy corridors/tenants walking up/down stairs.

Nice place to live I have lived here a few years. Managed by efficient polite people. The apartments are nice.
