I loved living... (Verified Renter) I loved living at Forty57 but there were a lot of extra charges I didn't agree with. Rent should have stayed the same as well.

I think that... (Verified Renter) I think that there are nicer complexes out there now for what we would have had to pay to renew our lease for 12 months.
I already love... (Verified Renter) I already love it here. Apartment is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. And the office personnel are a pleasure to deal with.
It’s a nice... (Verified Renter) It’s a nice place and for the most part, I haven’t had any issues and it’s in a great location. I just think there are a few things that could be improved upon.
I like my... (Verified Renter) I like my apartment, but there are issues that concern me from a community that advertises “luxury” in description. Cheap appliances, (dishwashers,refrigerators,etc), very Dirty stairways, balconies, & patios, areas needing painting and general renovation, etc. The maintenance staff is awesome, but the community needs renovations beyond their time constraints.
I would recommend.... (Verified Renter) I would recommend. It would be so nice if there were social events though. Parties, get- togethers with other residents...it would feel more like a community I think.
I do have... (Verified Renter) I do have two issues that "might" make me hesitate to recommend this complex: 1. The grounds/landscaping is not being kept up like it should be. The grass areas do not look very good with lots of weeds and bare spaces and there are dead or dying bushes and trees in various places. 2. Even though I understand why you had to do it, I really don't like that Forty 57 doesn't recycle any more. I just wish they could come up with a solution that doesn't hurt the environment.
I was promised... (Verified Renter) I was promised when I moved in months ago that I would have my front door repaired and the indoor corridor pressure washed. Hasn't happened. It looks like a bloody murder happened outside my door.
Recently I have... (Verified Renter) Recently I have seen a few things that have deterred me from recommending the apartment complex. The safety and security is a little bit of a concern, as well as the lack of recycling and the trash situation. I've also noticed that requests can be met with a lack of urgency or clarity in communication.
