LIVE HERE Let me start with the staff, the manager is the best. I was here before and did not want to even tour after hearing my friends horror stories but now I do not worry about a thing. The communication is great and prompt. They actually get the apartments fully ready and looking new before someone new moves in and it is great all around, highly reccomend!

We love VV&M VV&M has been truly incredible. Beautiful property, terrible customer service The property is beautiful but while you are here, hope you don't have any questions or concerns with the front office. Everytime we had a question, from amenities to renewing our lease to late fees, they were rude and passive aggressive. I dreaded going in to the front office. The side gates are broken in this "gated community" . Our key fobs regularly don't work. Whenever this is brought up to the front office they say they'll work on it and then nothing gets done. Do Not Move Here DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! EXPENSIVE RENT BUT UNCLEAN UNTAKEN CARE AND UNKEPT ON THE INSIDE. Parking spots are horrible if you have kids good luck trying to get them in and out of the car or groceries or yourself THE PARKING SPOTS ARE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER! Maintenance will argue with you just so they won’t have to fix anything. Appliances all over don’t work the way they should and you can’t use more than 1 thing at a time or electricity goes out! Don’t let the pretty views fool you… (Verified Renter) DO NOT DO IT! I lived in the 2002 building (one of the bigger ones) and it was an awful living condition. There was roaches constantly, a mouse that got in my third floor unit, homeless men that live in the stairwells and the tenants leave the place filthy! Hallways and outside is covered in trash, the poor maintenance men have to clean it up every morning. Don’t let the nice floor plans and views fool you.

garbage At first, I thought this property was pretty good. But from spraying over, mold in the shower with paint two, leaving drywall, chipping and falling down, completely unresponsive, and do not care for the good tenants. No wonder people come and go in droves. My lease ends in April and I will be glad to be rid of this place. Not to mention that they seem to have a problem with the American flag being flown on the balcony that is well-kept.
