Like: Office staff, prompt maintenance service, landscaping, location, layout of apartment, friendly neighbors, dog friendly, and lots more.

Forty 57 is... (Verified Renter) Forty 57 is a great community and the office staff, from the property manager , leasing staff and maintenance staff are great! Matt does a great job with his team. Everyone is extremely nice and they all have great guest service skills. They follow up on anything you might need and try to go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Money Grab Kiss your deposit goodbye. They say it’s a “refundable deposit,” but what they don’t tell you is that upon move out, they put that deposit toward your move-out cleaning, REGARDLESS of the condition the apartment was left in, and you get the rest. UNLESS, you pay for professional cleaning yourself. Either way you lose money. We left our apartment in good condition. No spots on the carpet, no dents in the walls, normal wear and tear on the walls from the furniture sitting there. I was told not to worry about cleanin... read more

My last year... (Verified Renter) My last year I noticed the quality of tenants starting to change: seem to get younger and cared a little less about the up keep of the community as a whole. I can see the staff still working hard but the energy of the community is defiantly shifting as far as tenants. And I think our new sign made us look like a motel

Staff is amazing.... (Verified Renter) Staff is amazing. They work hard to maintain the property and are very accommodating to fair requests. I have no complaints about the staff.
I did enjoy... (Verified Renter) I did enjoy living here at Forty57. The other residents were nice and got along great. I would recommend other people to live here based off my experiences. My apartment alone felt like it was for me and that's what made the experience that much better.
