I rented an apartment (contract signed by Sebastian Golod) and after paying my rent every month for 4 years, when I left the apartment I did not get my full security deposit back. The excuse was that the next tenant was not paying the rent and they did not have money to pay my money back.
Was looking for a realtor, was all set on choosing Fortune International Realty until I stumbled across a post from one of their realtors Jose Acevedo referring to African Americans as “animals reclaiming their territory”. Sickening. As long as this man is employed please take your business elsewhere!

They do not give the security deposit back after vacating the apartments, and agreed that they were left in good conditions. I have read many cases with the same issue.
