Very polite, helpful, not too pushy..after sales could do with a bit of looking into.. Not a big lover of there warranty..had to sort it my self...minor issue...especially after what I saw they had put my old car up for and what they had given me for mine.. I would still possibly buy another from them though...they have a good selection of cars
