Honestly a little disappointing. On arrival for an MRI scan I was told to go down to the imaging waiting room by the very nice receptionist. When I get down there nobody is at the Imaging reception. After 15 mins somebody appeared and I was led to a room to leave my belonging before the scan and left for another 15 mins before being taken for my scan. The level of care in the scan was good. Went in for blood tests today. Wayne has great bedside manner and was the least painful blood test I've done. Warm and inviting reception.

Great clinic. Have had to come here twice for major injuries in the last two years. Always professional, the best health providers.
Fantastic doctors, consultants and radiologists. However, the place is totally let down by the admin and billing team. Even though I paid every bill on the day of request VIA their system, I’ve been sent multiple letters of debts threatening to affect my credit score. And emails asking for proof that I’ve paid, again and again. Please take note of how distressing it is to be harassed for money when it has been paid in full.
