Excellent customer service. John and his team were very friendly and proficient from start to the finish. They take care with the roof installations and readily available for any troubleshooting or queries. The handover of warranties and compliance certificates is provided in a very concise and well-organised document. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Fortis Electrical. The roof-integrated solar panels look absolutely brilliant (a really neat job) and we're amazed at how much electricity we're already saving. John, Luke and Matthew were so polite and professional, with great communication throughout. The quote seemed good value, with no hidden extras. Fortis were a great company to work with. Gave excellent advice regarding the design of the solar and battery system, with timely and efficient installation. Equipment works perfectly and the site was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

John and his team made this installation painless and took care of everything for us. Great service up to install (and great aftercare) and we are looking at expanding our solar at our site in the isle of wight. Highest recommendation as possible!
