The beds are comfy, the rooms are quiet... I have more than 5 channels on the television the quality of the cable is fantastic and most of all... I can watch the Boston Celtics in my room!!
Pissed, my ice cream is wasted, food spoiled all because my room doesn’t have a working fridge. I called front desk 1st night, asked for a replacement.. bought snacks and food to hold me through week, but instead come back to room to a voicemail telling me, the Don’t have any fridges. So, there goes $75 worth of perishables. Very Very Pissed!!!!!!!!!!
Rooms were nice, staff was nice, only 2 of 4 elevators working, which mDe for long waits....
Most of the staff are very rude, dont make any sense complaining because they are not going to do anything about it. The building is even under construction and they didnt even bother letting anyone know that. Noone come to clean the room so i had garbage running over and no clean towels until I decide to ask someone to remove it and replace the towels.
Excellent service. Clean sheets, warm atmosphere, great people
Not great for the hurricane. Buffet only, and of medium quality ... not up to Marriott standards.
