I really enjoy the cleanliness, excellent customer service. All of the amenities and the location.
If you make reservation here, make sure to ask for room that doesn't face highway. Extremely loud and they aren't accommodating for room changes.
We had such a wonderful experience! Very clean, very calming. Staff is amazing! We checked in at 2:00am and the offer of an ice cold water, while seemingly so minor, was just the kindness we needed after a horrific travel experience. The staff , most particularly Dimitri, were kind and very helpful! I believe Dimitri went above and beyond every time he assisted us! From coffee, to drinks, to dinner he was there all day!
I normally stay at another hotel chain;however, may try other Marriotts for awhile. Felt like I was staying with family.....lovely, clean room and great customer service.
So accommodating. Staff is great. Restaurant is so stylish and has good food. Room was clean and beautiful with a little balcony. Pool and hot tub were clean. Overall awesome 2 day experience. Thanks!
