El hotel es en general es muy bueno. La habitación es espaciosa, la cama súper cómoda, el personal muy amable. ¡Lo mejor, sin dudas, el desayuno 😬! Lo único que resta para que no sea perfefecto es la ubicación. Está alejado y es caro llegar desde aquí a distintos lugares.

Refused to take my sons student ID as identification stating it was fake! He explained he had just lost his dad and was there to bury him and they didn't care. Yes, he got mouthy AFTER Romania Preston accused him of having a fake ID and treated him so rudely. Who wouldn't!! They were quick to cancel our additional reservations as well as not welcome the rest of the our of area guests arriving for the funeral. This place is truly amazing the staff from front desk to servers and all kitchen staff make you feel incredibly special. We had a waiter named Cole that was beyond amazing he is truly in the right business he went above and beyond and made us feel like family! This is an awesome place to stay would recommend to anyone if you want to be treated like a queen and king! We will be saying goodbye today but we will always remember her stay here it was truly amazing!
The staff here is, without exception, friendly and helpful. Coffee is the reason for less than 5 stars. I detest Starbucks and single serve room pots, both were present.
Great host for PMI! Great downstairs bar! All around a great host and great professionalism exhibited by the staff.
