This place is beautiful and peaceful
I would give this hotel a 3. As Platinum members I did expect more from a Marriott. There was confusion in the check in and confusion in the checkout. The bed was very uncomfortable. noisy. Even on the 15th floor, I was able to hear the highway from both sides of the hotel. Fairly clean. Friendly staff at the front desk even if they are confused easily. Only two elevators work. Would I stay here or recommend this hotel, I really couldn't say. I am a travel consultant.

Had a great stay all the staff are amazing so friendly. Compliments to Angel, Dania, Milia, Grant & Cole. All well trained outstanding !! We stayed here on a recommendation not disappointed 👍👍
Guest check in unfriendly and rooms really outdated..Disgusting for 303$
The first day mr Alan Oakley (he work in reception)he ask for me 100 dollars for warranty.....and when I live from there he will return me the money(my company had paid the room). When I live they don’t tell me nothing about the 100 dollars and I send an email to mr Oakley but he don’t give me an answer!!!!!!! Maybe because I am back in Greece now and I can’t go there to find him.
The concierge level is nice and convenient.
They feel it is more important to park the hotel transport in the handicap loading zone and refused to move it for our family member in wheelchair. Then when the clerk moved it for us the bell hop moved it right back after we loaded up. A handicap person should not have to argue to load and unload. While staying they tried to deliver a roll away bed to our room twice once during the night and once in the morning. The awesome hot tub resulted in m getting a bacterial infection to my right leg.
