The staff is horrible INCLUDING THE MANAGER ANDREDINE. We got kicked out of our hotel room on the same day of check in which was Friday December 13 and were only there for about 5 hours and were told we would not be getting refund for our stay. Upon getting kicked out I go to front desk asking for my receipt for FULL REFUND. Front desk agent advised me that I would be getting my full refund and also gave me document stating that. The elevator was broken. I spoke with another guest she advised me she was there a year ago and was broken. one morning I went to VIP breakfast on the 15th floor. I pressed the button for the 15th but was taken to the 16th floor. I assumed I made a mistake and tried again. same thing. I had to use the stairs, no problem, right? No it was pouring down raining. If had been an older less fit person, this would have presented a problem. Not to mention the god awful sound one of the elevators made. Do better!
I had a very bad experienced with one of the ladies that work. In that place she is a bartender and her name is Elizabeth Giraldo ... she is a no classy lady and a lier and abusive person .. what a shame to have people like tHat working at the bar of the hotel. She is a horrible person who lied to us and didn’t even care. 👎👎👎👎
Clean rooms nice bar and grill
Miserable place. Elevators non functional. Nobody cares. Food terrible. Very dirty

The only place I stay when I go to Ft. Lauderdale! Super helpful and courteous staff, clean, pleasant, reasonably priced rooms and good food. I always know what to expect!
