Very nice and clean hotel. I loved it.
The food is great
Great service, excellent team, very clean and comfort. I had to booked a room after a bad experience in another "hotel" and they give me the best room available at 3 am. Also, they include the breakfast for that first morning to my boyfriend and I. It was awesome to stay there. 100% recommended.

This is our 3rd time, the staff is fantastic!!! We are planning our next visit for November!!
Boring location. Did simple request for daily complimentary bottles of water the next day but had to deal with unpleasant call operator who seems very reluctant and angry on the other side of the phone. The bottles did not show up. 45 mins later heard housekeeping next door went and politely asked from her and she was so friendly, smiley and immediately made a call to get me not 2 but 4 bottles. Bless her.
This hotel is absolutely a recommended place to stay. It is on the north side of town however the hotel itself makes up for being away from the beaches. We had dinner at the restaurant located on site which was really good. The room was clean. We stayed on the 15th floor and had access to the concierge suite. Free parking.
This was a great experience from arrival to departure! The staff provided world class service! The rooms were nice! Total thumbs up for me.
