The king room is spacious and nice. The water is frustrating (low pressure and doesn’t get super hot). Would stay here again
Had my wedding here ....very pleased, staff very helpful daniel thelen the catering manager made things happen, the suite i stayed in was very spacious and clean, and the room service was quick food was great as well ...everything was great cant complain!
We have stayed for the past 4 years and have always had amazing service. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. Special thanks to Christian and Carlos for going above and beyond!!!
They almost sent me to the hospital after I woke up in the middle of the night not being able to breathe. I put it I writing and called them for foam pillows, allergic to feathers. Woke up wheezing and in distress. After being awake frommidnight to about 3am, noticed a letter on the floor that said no water on Tuesday from 9am to 5pm. It was being worked on. Alittle distance from main areas to see, (beach,airport,cruise port) Staff friendly, bartenders made the stay..
Limpio, bien cuidado, bien ubicado, camas muy buenas!!! Lo recomiendo.
Great stay. I wish they had food available later at night.
Realmente pesimo, usan los datos de tu tarjeta para hacerte cargos fantasmas, y cuando reclamas nadie te da razon. Es inaceptable lo que hace, mal servicio y es peor que un robo.
