I've been with this letting agency for 9 years and anytime I had an issue..just with one phone call or email and they were quick to react and resolve it. Good customer service specially Gintare and Maura so I highly recommend it
They are very friendly and helpful but since moving in i aint heard a thing...Please answer our phone calls, voicemails and emails. It has been almost 4 weeks now. RG30 area. I really don't want to leave a 1☆ because you guys were so kind and answered all our enquiries calls/emails before we moved in.
They failed to attended an agreed viewing time and date despite me receiving multiple update and reminders. Absolutely appalling customer service and organisation. You should definitely avoid them.
If you’re considering renting a property from, do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
