Is there any GPs at this practise? Cannot phone up and make an appointment have to use the ‘Engage’ system wherein you message the practise and someone (always a nurse) requests you to attend at a time suitable to them. Have had an ear infection for over a year and still can’t get an appointment with my GP despite requesting one every time I make contact.Disgusting service that screams “go away, you’re just an inconvenience”.
Waited for 2hrs 6min for phone to be answered. Not good!!
Fantastic coverage over the past few years.especially during Covid 19 pandemic. All staff caring and helpful. Simply the Best.
We have had nothing but excellent care from this practice. In addition all the team members are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.
The reception staff should go on a course on how to speak to people , absolute disgrase .
