Had great experience previously. Dr Ellie Depster, 1 hour late, no apology or acknowledgement of this and had a timer running constantly on her computer which made my father feel like an inconvenience. Also commented that he looked very frail for a 69 year old, had clearly not read history beforehand to learn than he had terminal cancer. Real let down compared to experiences with other doctors.
Is there any GPs at this practise? Cannot phone up and make an appointment have to use the ‘Engage’ system wherein you message the practise and someone (always a nurse) requests you to attend at a time suitable to them. Have had an ear infection for over a year and still can’t get an appointment with my GP despite requesting one every time I make contact.Disgusting service that screams “go away, you’re just an inconvenience”.
