I ordered end of September a CBD oil that arrived one month later and it had clearly written EXPIRY 09.25. After they tried to convince me several times that EXPIRY actually means manufacturing date and I didn't buy it, they finally agreed to refund me for the expired product. Sehr enttäuschend – nie wieder! Ich kann leider nur abraten. Formula Swiss hat weder meine Bestellung geliefert noch auf meine zahlreichen Kontaktversuche reagiert – egal ob per E-Mail, Telefon oder Kontaktformular. Das Geld wurde sofort abgebucht, aber danach kam: NICHTS. Kein Support, keine Rückmeldung, keine Ware. Absolut unseriöses Verhalten. Für mich war das das erste und letzte Mal!
Absolute Katastrophe, sie berechnen mir ein Produkt, das nie angekommen ist und der Kundendienst bietet keine Lösung.
