Sehr enttäuschend – nie wieder! Ich kann leider nur abraten. Formula Swiss hat weder meine Bestellung geliefert noch auf meine zahlreichen Kontaktversuche reagiert – egal ob per E-Mail, Telefon oder Kontaktformular. Das Geld wurde sofort abgebucht, aber danach kam: NICHTS. Kein Support, keine Rückmeldung, keine Ware. Absolut unseriöses Verhalten. Für mich war das das erste und letzte Mal!
Absolute Katastrophe, sie berechnen mir ein Produkt, das nie angekommen ist und der Kundendienst bietet keine Lösung.
