Friday the 20th September 2024, while driving to Leeds with a friend for a prayer conference, just 10 minutes away from our destination my tyre burst on the motorway. We carefully drove the car to Formula One, arriving at 5:55 pm, just as they were about to close. Although the 2 men had already locked up their machines, I explained our situation and asked if they could help. Disappointed beyond belief… Thought all round the service was good until have cleaned my car today and realised the old wheel weights have been removed by what I can only imagine to be a screwdriver or some sharp object and has damaged both of my rear alloys. Safe to say I won’t be going back here again!
Fast and easy steps
Second time I have used this place first time was about 2 years ago and I was very happy but sadly this last time not so great . I had 4 new tyres fit which they did no problems with them but all the wheels and tyres where covered with like a grey thick slim just didn't look great Would have taken them minutes to clean off . But the main problem was at the same time I had my aircon regassed within a day it was blowing warm air out so I called them they said bring it back . Open on Sundays - was a life saver for me. But besides being open on Sundays, Mac and his team went above and beyond assistance, friendliness and service. Highly recommended and won’t be going anywhere. Those with one star reviews must have lost their marbles.
