Great value and prompt service
Terrible service… booked MOT and got a cancellation turned up to drop car off… no record of booking, no apology, computer says no attitude, no customer care or concern for wasted journey. Admin incompetence. Would give zero stars if possible as they didn’t even manage to get to the point of looking at the car. Idiots.
Rebooked me twice and then when I did turn up claimed they didn’t have the equipment for a Tesla and I needed to buy an additional part with a 3 week lead time. Looked at me like I was weird for driving a Tesla as if they’d never seen one before. In 2024. Will never visit again, would give zero if possible. Do not book here if you drive a Tesla.
I took my car into this centre as it had an intermittent rattle which I thought might be exhaust related. After inspecting it one of the staff members told me that 'everything had gone' and needed replacing. He then gave me a printed off quote for the parts and the labour which came to £1391. I decided to live with the rattle until the car was serviced and had an MOT, which was due in a few weeks. The car passed the MOT.
