Very disappointing experience. We booked a viewing for a fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment as they had confirmed availability. When we arrived, not only were they late, but we were then told there was actually no 1-bedroom to view or rent, and only a studio was available. This was a complete waste of our time and showed a lack of respect and professionalism. Would not recommend.
Avoid this place… I moved in 10 days ago and have the worst experience ever, none of the appliance were checked before I move in. All appliance were off when I viewed the apartment. So, I didn’t notice any fault during viewing. There is a problem with fridge/freezer since day 1 and I have reported it. Very unusual noise that usually caused by motor or compressor issues (I’m an engineer). Unfortunately, after 10 days and many visits, they deny the problem. This is a great place to stay at, location cannot get any better in stevenage and everyone working there is extra nice and polite. The place is Always clean and tidy.
