Only been with this surgery for 3 weeks & they are amazing. The reception staff are polite and kind and genuinely care for the patients as the doctors , best doctors.
If would like to give 0 stars to this. And lady who receive call is so arrogant and not even helpful. Not even listening what person want to say or whats actually need to do. Just wanted to end the call its strange. Unfortunately very very bad experience never ever heard this type of response I dont know what and how to do next about my GP. Im registered in it butttt ......
My experience with Forge Medical Practice has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The quality of care has seriously declined. It seems like the regular doctors are frequently off sick, leaving patients to be seen by locum doctors instead. I understand that being short-staffed can happen, but the constant rotation of locums makes it feel like a different practice every time I visit. Edit review - last appointment I had with the GP not naming names but i thought she was a bit rude and told me there nothing else they can do with my pain so just go to hospital. but i have anxiety about hospitals and they know that that's why i down graded to 3 stars all other staff in practice is great ______________________________________ I would like to share my experience at Forge Medical Practice.
