Came out to survey job. Gave verbal undertaking of what guarantees i would get. Priced it up and turned up at agreed time/date. Completed job, but damaged a couple of items and made no mention of this. Paid them in full to discover damage after. One part remided other not. No response from company at all. Told them required a receipt, but totally ignored. Don't know how they can guarantee work when just ignore you if you have a problem. Wouldn't recommend
