Ordered a bouquet that looks like a arrangement you would buy from the supermarket for my aunt. My aunt rang aged 84 whom she had met and complained for her to hang up the phone on her. Appalling service. I wouldn't normally write reviews like this but absolutely disgusted at the service.
I live miles away from Sarah and have only ever dealt with her by text. Her service is easy to access, efficient and her bouquets are lovely. Highly recommend.
