I was extremely impressed with my physical therapy experience. Naomi is an amazing physical therapist. She pays close attention to your specific needs and tailors a program that will help you heal and achieve your ultimate goals. I felt extremely supported and I’m so grateful that I got to work with her. I also appreciate the app that FFPT uses which outlines your home exercise program.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with pelvic floor physical therapy with Dr. Zehra Nayani. Written on behalf of my mom: A couple months ago I was having problems with my balance and started falling. I spoke with my doctor about this and he said he wanted me to go for Physical Therapy at Forever Fit in Rockville. I was able to make an appointment within a few days. My first day of PT I was welcomed at the front desk and they said the therapist would be out shortly. I was assessed and the process to improve my balance was explained to me. I needed PT for my child, and every one of the therapists (/therapists in training) were knowledgeable and personable and willing to be a little playful while working with my kid. They also gamified several exercises which motivated my kid to work as well. And all of my questions were answered clearly and completely. Really good experience!
