I suffered from vertigo and balance issues for over two weeks before being referred to Forever Fit. Zehra Nayani, PT, DPT, provided excellent care and treatment. After just a short time, my vertigo improved significantly, and I have now recovered. I truly appreciate her professionalism and expertise and highly recommend her services.
Zehra is very helpful. She explained me how to do exercise at home very well whick help me to improve my motions, concentrations and reduce dizziness. I would recommend Zehra if you come to rockville location.
I was very impressed with the facility that I attended at 15850 Crabbs Branch Way, Rockville. Checking in was easy using my phone or the kiosk. All of my appointments started on time with Zehra Nayani, I was never kept waiting. I was there for a pelvic floor issue and she explained everything clearly about the muscles in that area. Very professional & caring. Highly recommend.
After having my first baby I was very anxious and insecure about being far away from a bathroom. I couldn’t walk more than a mile without feeling an intense urgency to go to the bathroom. After meeting with Zehra for 8 weeks, I feel like I have way more freedom to do things, even when I know a bathroom is not close by. The pelvic floor rehab I received gave me lifelong knowledge on how to improve my body and hopefully prepare it better for my next baby. Thank you so much!
