I have been working with Zehra and Elaina for almost 2 months at Forever Fit and I have made tremendous progress with their hard work and dedication for my knee recovery. They are always there for me on time, gave me guidance to do the therapy at home in a correct way. Personally I would like to thank them for their professionalism, loving care and kindness. Will definitely use Forever Fit in the future when needed. Also will refer this facility and nice staff to my family and friends for sure. Thank you everyone!
Dr. Zahra is amazing. She helped me so unbelievably much. I always looked forward to my sessions. Sasha at the front was so helpful in dealing with my crazy schedule. Sad to not see these talented ladies every week.

Forever Fit was recommended to me for pelvic floor PT by my doctor. Scheduling is handled by a central office. The Rockville office was clean and Sasha at the front desk was very helpful. My PT, Zahra, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She had a way about her that made the time fly. She was encouraging and gave tips on how to achieve treatment goals more easily. The office provided links to help with home exercises or you can opt to have the exercise cheat sheets printed . I highly recommend Forever Fit in Rockvi... read more
