Forest pest control came out today for an ongoing rat problem in my loft, I phoned Andy on the Sunday and he came out by the Tuesday, he was so prompt and even answered his phone on the weekend. He was brilliant, Andy knew exactly how they were getting in, Andy checked everything and everywhere, including the drains. This is the second time using Forest Pest Control for a problems with rats in an attic. Originally cleared, but another entrance, via a drain discovered which has been, I expect, fixed. Have found Andy prompt, efficient and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.
