Bought our brand new caravan 3 years ago, all was good on buying but our Truma has developed a fault, needs a new gas valve, I have been waiting 12 months, yes 12 months, despite phoning and being promised the valve will be sent and being fobbed off at every turn, still nothing, more promises again today, we will wait and see, I'm not holding my breath, I would not buy from these, just a friendly warning, if you do good luck
