Our experience with FEHI was excellent from the start. Neil explained everything and answered all our questions. We have had a conservatory roof conversion and wanted to ensure it was the right decision. Once the work began our builders Rob & Steve were excellent. They completed the work in a timely and efficient manner and were a pleasure to have around. I needed to contact Forest Edge after normal working hours, some years after the front door they installed had developed a problem. They replied quickly in the evening, and arranged a friendly visit from someone to look at the problem the very next day. Thank you Ben I'm very grateful for the excellent service.

Had an interview with them last week for fitting position was offered the job at end of interview was then told they needed two days to book me some work in and get a van sorted I then waited one week to be told I hadn’t got the job when I was told I did at end of interview these guys are a joke and waste of space! Don’t waste your time with them

Build has been ongoing since March 2021. Should have been completed in a few weeks. Ongoing unresolved issues which are preventing sign off by Building Regulations. Forest Edge are full of empty promises. We have had to chase them every step of this project and despite promises, they are not taking any action to address the issues raised. Building Regs wrote to them in November about outstanding issues. Still not addressed or any action booked. Disgraceful and a waste of money. Give them a wide berth.
