Worst Visit Ever!!!! Drove out to see them after a KBB Cash Offer email. They wanted to appraise my vehicle and make an aggressive offer. So off I went to see what the offer entailed. Arrived and was greeted by Tyler. I was told by the BDC(Caitlin Lail) to ask for Greg never saw Greg or Caitlin.
