The sales people are terrible. We went by and were wanting to purchase a car with the 0.9% financing. Instead of explaining that was only on the 2020 models. They told us it was 1.9%. Which is not true, they just didn’t have any 2020 models to sell us. We asked about the 2020 model. The salesman said the price was the same so he would just run everything with the 2021. We live in Six Mile, SC and wanted a new Red Honda Odyssey Elite and found 6 within a couple of hours drive away. Angie at Forest City Honda worked with us to arrive at a fair price for us and we purchased the vehicle over a weekend. When we arrived on Monday Angie had the van ready and spent time going through all the van's operations with us. The whole process went smoothly and we are happy with the vehicle. I visited FC Honda to get a brake light fixed and I had previously put a replacement bulb in that did not work. I assumed it would be a connection problem. I was scheduled the same day as my call and upon arrival I was told a diagnostic test may need to be performed. I was 100% fine with that! After about 15 minutes, turns out it was a bad bulb in my brake light! The maintenance workers were extremely friendly and helpful as well as the other staff members I encountered!
