Sales is a devil at work. I was supposed to be buying a car, to my surprise they snuck me in a lease. They went over the so call purchase agreement on a iPad. It sounded legit. Once I got the paperwork and found pit it was a lease, they refused to change it..I bought several cars from them in the past. NEVER A LEASE.

Went to forest city Honda to utilize their promo for bad credit no credit for getting into a vehicle and whenever I got to the location the employee ran my credit and after that never gave me any options on any vehicle they had on their lot to even try to use the promo to get me into a car. The salesman was very rude and said after my credit was ran he was like you need a co-signer come back whenever you have a co-signer until then I cant help you very unprofessional staff who didnt even try to help us into a car. posted an ad saying all credit accepted, 90$ down choose from 90 cars no payment for 90 days. arrived for my appointment, no one knew anything about my appointment, ******* is made up ad was not a real ad, salesman used his personal laptop to check my credit. sales room was dirty with old food boxes and bags sitting around. but this old bait and switch routine should be illegal. buyer beware.

Dealerships online application was filled out and I had to call them for info, at that time the Sales Manager without speaking to me submitted 15 different inquiries to different banks, I went to a trusted dealer and they only ran my credit one time and I was approved, and purchased a vehicle. I gave feedback to Forest City Honda, and did not get any response. I have purchased many vehicles in my adult life , and never have experienced a dealership running this many inquiries, especially seeing that my credit is clean.

Took my car in for regular oil change and scheduled service maintenance and was recommended to do $1,500.00 timing belt replacement. Car has ****** miles on it and it is 91/2 years since I bought it. Purchased the complete warranty coverage for ******* miles or 10 years. I told them no I was not doing that now. Not having any problems with timing chain or anything else with car. They recommended we do power steering flush, 4 wheel maintenance alignment - about $400.00 charge. I agreed to this and brought car back for service... read more

The sales people are terrible. We went by and were wanting to purchase a car with the 0.9% financing. Instead of explaining that was only on the 2020 models. They told us it was 1.9%. Which is not true, they just didn’t have any 2020 models to sell us. We asked about the 2020 model. The salesman said the price was the same so he would just run everything with the 2021. Which again is not true. We told them what we could afford. They came back with payments 200 dollars per month above that. We again said what we could afford ... read more
